Our Personality Type Indicator is based on Jungian Type Theory, as popularized by the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Each participant receives a full personality type report comparable to the MBTI.
In contrast to other instruments, our questionnaire is being validated with current participants. The language is appropriate to modern users, and not as outdated as that of other, much older instruments.
Our interactive Ingenious Team Reports™ have been specifically researched and designed to improve teamwork. Rather than just offering guidance for individuals, they address the whole team and advise how to collaborate more effectively. They offer practical value for teams, as opposed to simple team roles as assessment for individuals.
Users are accustomed to high quality software design. Older, traditionally paper-based psychological instruments often consider the web as an afterthought. In contrast, Team-Match is interactive to the bone. We have put a lot of care into making Team-Match a superior web application that meets the highest expectations.
With a strong background in academia, we have developed Team-Match specifically with the aim of improving employability skills, learning in teams and the student experience in Higher Education. Other instruments have been predominantly developed for use in corporations.

Team-Match is a fully hosted web application. You don't need to install any software, all you need is access to the Internet.
Participants can access Team-Match on all major browsers ( Internet Explorer 7+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari ) and mobile devices.
Our software is rigorously tested, and your data is secure and automatically backed up.
Licenses include your own branded Team-Match Portal, and a URL of your choice e.g. team-match.com/yourcollege
All admin functionality is simple and straightforward to use.
